Purpose & key responsibilities of the role
- Installation, testing, and maintenance of clients within the local environment.
- Providing user support locally and globally.
- Assisting with global IT infrastructure support, including servers and network maintenance.
Our expectations for this exciting role
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer/Information Science, or related fields
- Good knowledge in Clients and User support
- First knowledge in Server Hardware and Operating systems (Windows)
- First knowledge with virtualization systems (VMWare)
- Main knowledge in networks (Cisco)
- Good skills in English
